Duty & Works:- Appointment, transfer, Promotion, Pension, etc of staff. issue & receipt. High court Case matters and appointment of Gr. IV & Driver, etc.
Duties:- Matter relating Private hospitals, nursing homes, Laboratories, Clinical laboratory, X-ray unit , USG etc.
All matter relating to Nursing establishment, Nursing college, Nursing Council, Nurse training, Nurse Appointment & Transfer
Duty - Purchases & Approval of Diet money & materials, furniture, including repairing and renovation of quarter etc. of medical institution, work for up-gradation of Medical Institutions, Proposal for sanctioning of New Posts.
All matter relating to receipt & expenditure of fund including salary advance etc. of office Staff, sanction of NRA of GPF , Temporary advance of GPF etc. Verification of Pension file, Retd. Gazetted Officers Forwarding of GIS application of Gazzetted Officers and application of final withdrawal of GPF to Govt. for Sanction, pay bill of the staff any other account related matter.
Duty:- To estimation & scrutiny of Annual Budget preparation of salary + Non Salary Budget both plan and Non-Plan, Proposal for Celing + Arrear Salary / DA / Medical Re-Imburstment & TC allotment.
Plan budget, Post Creation, Plan & estimate for procurement, Departmental committee etc.
Procurement of medicines, Stationeries Surgical items for Medical Treatment & Medical re-imbursement.
Collection, Compilation of Health Data, Preparation of reports on Medical & Health Data and Registration of Birth & Death.
Duty :- Issue & Notice Inviting tender and Bid document for purchases of Drugs and Pharmaceutical, Surgical and suture items, LLIN etc. and approval of the Items and other correspondence relating to purchases, release of earnest money, deeds of agreement against the approved items etc.
To educate regarding prevention for diseases, and taking care for diseases people.
To control Tuberculosis in the State for which programme TNCP & RNTPC is used.
To use National Programme for Control of Blindness
To eradicate Leprosy from the State.
To control the use of Tobacco and to make awareness among the people about the harmful effects of Tobacco use.
To prevent and control the effect of Fluoride the programme National Programme for Prevention and Control of Fluorosis (NPPCF).
To control the various diseases due to deficiency of iodine in the State and to make the people aware against the deficiency the programme National Iodine Deficiency Disorder Control Programme is used.
To prevent avoidable hearing lost, diagnose treatment of hear problem responsible for hearing lost and rehabilitate the person suffering with deafness National Programme for Prevention and Control of Deafness.
Duty – Treatment and Rehabilitation and Mentally disordered people in the society. Conducting training and awareness programme for Doctors, Nurses, Paramedical Staffs.
